Accounting Manager

We are seeking a talented Accounting Manager to be a part of a collaborative team, located in our new state-of-the-art facility in Chesterfield Valley.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annual, plus bonus opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations for land development projects, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage project budgets, conduct variance analysis, and adjust forecasts to reflect changing conditions and project developments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure financial alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Review Preparation: Coordinate and oversee internal and external reviews, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily available.
• Accounts Payable Management: Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and management of vendor relationships.
• Financing and Bank Draws: Manage financing arrangements, including overseeing bank draws and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with financing agreements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Licensed CPA highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience preferably with a Big 4/public accounting firm.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
