.McBride Homes has an exciting opportunity for a talented, motivated, and experienced architectural designer/architect. We are looking for a residential focused architect or an architecture graduate from an accredited school with capabilities of licensure to focus on product innovation in a fast-paced and creative team environment. This role will focus on our architectural design work from initial concepts through construction documents as well as collaborate with our build team and other internal groups for coordination. There will be heavy interaction and collaboration to guide the designs from concept to user experience. McBride Homes focus is to create high quality designs that has our homebuyers experience at the forefront.

McBride Homes, celebrating 75 years of building in Saint Louis, offers new homes in 35 communities across metro St. Louis. Based in Chesterfield, McBride Homes is the largest homebuilder in the state of Missouri and currently ranked as the 63rd largest overall in the county.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 2-6 years of professional experience with residential design
• Must be proficient with AutoCAD and possess skills to prepare and coordinate construction documents
• Strong technical skills including Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and various visualization techniques
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
