Builder/Managing Superintendent - New Home Construction

Working with a team of experienced professionals, our construction team members use McBride's proprietary, customized, ERP system, MiTek SAPPHIRE to manage the building process.  This cutting edge technology is the gold standard for the home building industry.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Builder / Managing Superintendent oversees large community developments, managing 20+ homes under construction at a time. This position is responsible for coordinating with Union Trades, Local Municipalities, Subcontractors, and Vendors to ensure a quality product with a high level of customer satisfaction.  This position requires homebuyer interactions from the initial pre-construction meeting through the homeowner warranty process.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more leadership experience in residential, new home construction
• Experience managing multiple projects / homes under construction at a given time
• A successful history of interacting directly with homebuyers during construction, inspections, and closing phases.
• Leadership experience for field customer service, including the warranty phase
• Current knowledge/understanding of building practices, codes, and requirements
• Computer literacy required
