Construction Superintendent

Working with a team of experienced professionals, our Construction Team members use McBride's proprietary, customized, ERP system, MiTek SAPPHIRE to manage the building process. This cutting edge technology is the gold standard for the home building industry.

Reporting to the Project Manager and the President, you will oversee a team of Assistant Superintendents who work with Union Trades, Local Municipalities, Subcontractors, and Vendors to ensure a quality product with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years or more leadership experience in construction
• Experience managing multiple projects/homes under construction at a given time.
• A successful history of interacting directly with homebuyers during construction, inspections, and closing phases
• Leadership experience for field customer service, including the warranty phase
• Current knowledge/understanding of building practices, codes, and requirements
• Must be computer proficient

McBride Homes offers competitive compensation ($55,000-$85,000/yr. depending on experience) including vehicle allowance and annual bonus program.
