Design Studio - Sales

This is a sales-oriented position, not an Interior Design or Graphic Design position.

You must understand how to sell value, and the importance of a consultative sales approach using your advanced listening/questioning skills.  You must have interpersonal skills that are customer-centric, warm, engaging, persuasive, and a temperament to adapt to a wide variety of customer personalities, tastes, style. 

You are collaborative with your co-workers, make great contributions to the team, maintain a high level of intellectual curiosity, have an ongoing desire to improve and learn, and are competent at solving problems.

You have worked in a retail environment with an emphasis on the customer experience, being persuasive in closing, and exceeding sales goals.

Our Design Studio team has a lot of fun as they help our home buyers explore the latest trends in interior and exterior finishes. You will work in a gorgeous 10,000 square foot studio, and no day is ever the same! Our leaders value and empower the team to contribute ideas and changes that benefit the team and our customers.

This is a salaried position, plus after you are fully trained (6-12 months) we offer generous performance-based bonus opportunities!
