Design Studio Associate

McBride & Son Homes ("McBride") seeks a Design Associate for its Design Studio based in Chesterfield, Missouri. Over its 75-year history, McBride has attained a position as a market leader and is the largest homebuilder in Missouri. McBride also has the largest market share for new home construction in the St. Louis metropolitan area and the highest percentage of market share for any builder in the country in a top 50 market, according to Builder Magazine. McBride seeks a Design Studio Associate to provide support to customers, Design Consultants, Design Coordinator and Design Studio Manager. This position will be a hybrid entry level role where tasks could vary day to day.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers upon entrance and throughout their visit to the Design Studio
• Scheduling appointments with customers and preparing Design Studio information
• Maintenance of product displays and information in the Design Studio
• Assist/provide support to customers, Design Studio Consultants, Design Studio Coordinator and Design Studio Manager
• Responsible for the satisfaction of the buyer's experience through the Design Studio visit

Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Preference given to candidates with Associates or Bachelor Degrees
• Ability to use Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and commitment to professionalism
• Ability to adapt and be open to different tasks
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
• The candidate must enjoy working closely with others in a collaborative, small office environment
• The candidate must submit to a mandatory drug test and background check
