Design Studio Greeter - Part Time- Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday

McBride seeks a Design Studio Greeter for its Design Studio located in Chesterfield, MO. This position is vital to setting a world-class first impression with our home buyers as they enter the Design Studio for the first time. The Design Studio Greeter will play a critical role in creating an extraordinary experience for each McBride home buyer.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the first point of contact for home buyers projecting a professional image and positive attitude, and welcoming them in a warm and friendly manner
• Properly manage the flow of appointments during home buyer preview visits
• Ensure the appearance of the Design Studio is kept tidy, neat, and organized at all times
• Assist in special projects as requested and perform additional duties as needed

Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or an administrative position
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
• The candidate must enjoy working closely with others in a collaborative, small office environment
• Must be available to work every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• The candidate must submit to a mandatory drug test and background check
