Front Desk Receptionist/Order Entry

Home Title, a division of McBride Homes, is seeking a front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. This role ensures a professional, welcoming environment while supporting administrative tasks critical to the smooth operation of the title company.

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00/hr. depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors promptly and professionally; copy Buyers IDs.
  • Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages when necessary.
  • Manage appointment scheduling.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, and filing.
  • Verify client information and ensure confidentiality of all records.
  • Support escrow officers and title agents with administrative tasks.
  • Monitor office supplies, postage, stationery and coordinate replenishment.
  • Handle basic inquiries regarding services and direct clients to appropriate staff.
  • Any other need tasks assigned by management to assist with the effective operation of the office.
  • Daily contract-order entry for the company from the INFO Title Orders to be placed timely.
  • Maintain both Your and Info Box-emails (Title Orders from Lenders and Contracts).
  • Place Order for Title to comply with Real Estate Contracts and make folders.
  • Maintain closing calendar with closing schedule provided.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in reception or administrative support (title/real estate industry a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to meet the state licensing requirements for the Department of Insurance is required.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment credit and criminal background check.
