McBride Homes has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. McBride is Missouri's largest homebuilder and is an industry leader in residential new home construction. We have built over 40,000 homes across the St. Louis area and have been in business over 75 years. We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech savvy candidate to collaborate with the marketing team for all promotional projects and activities. This is an in-office position located in our new state-of-the-art facility in Chesterfield Valley.


The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team and executive leadership to help organize and implement the marketing strategy.


Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and audit website content and updates, including real estate listings with internal resources and outside consultants.
  • Coordinate graphic materials for corporate office and new home communities including signage, flyers, brochures, direct mail, and other collateral materials.
  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives (i.e., blog posts, press releases, and electronic newsletters).
  • Help plan and assist social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and outside resources for marketing media.
  • Participate in planning and execution of sales team meetings and events as well as corporate office events.
  • Assist in the new community opening process (planning, execution, follow-up).
  • Excellent writing skills with experience in copywriting and editing.
  • Actively participate in team brainstorming/concept development sessions.
  • Adhere to project deadlines and provide status updates on a regular basis to management.
  • Contribute to team effort by helping with other projects as needed.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, while demonstrating strong attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to prioritize, track, perform, and report on multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.


Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of related work experience in a marketing role, preferably in homebuilding or real estate.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with some form of design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Additional preferred skills in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM).

McBride offers competitive compensation: $55,000-$65,000/yr. (depending on experience) and an annual bonus program.
