New Home Sales - Number One Builder

McBride is growing, and we need to scale our Sales Team! We are hiring.

McBride's Sales Team Members work in Display Homes selling new homes in one of our 40 plus communities. Our performance-based culture is one of empowerment, accountability, and support to ensure McBride and everyone here succeeds!

You start with 2 months of paid training, which is hands-on, working with our successful Sales Team members, learning all about how McBride operates, to ensure you are knowledgeable and confident before being placed in your own community. After training, you are paid a commission of 1.5%. A $300,000 sale puts $4,500 in your pocket.

McBride offers our home buyers an experience they will not find with any other builder, including 3 visits with our Design Consultants in our Design Studio to guide them through the selection process for the exterior and interior finishes to their new home. Our customers have the ability to see the colors, textures, and finishes that will transform their house into their dream home!

You must have prior success selling/promoting your Company's Brand, selling value, not price, in a complex conceptual environment. You have earned the respect of your colleagues and customers, understand the importance of a consultative sales approach using your advanced listening/questioning skills, and are committed to being successful in sales. You must have a prior history of meeting or exceeding sales goals. In addition to walk-in customers, this position requires prospecting for new business. Our Sales Team has a professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor coupled with professional verbal and written communication skills.

Real Estate license not required.

McBride provides a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance. McBride generously pays 90% of your health insurance premium cost and 50% of the cost for dependents.
