Part Time New Home Sales Assistant - Floater

McBride is hiring Part-Time Sales Assistants to work 1-3 days per week at our new home communities in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan Area. You will be trained by our successful sales team members, and possibly placed in a more permanent community if you are available to work a consistent schedule.

This position will remain part-time; it will not become a full-time position.

Our Sales Assistants are engaging with McBride's customers during one of the most exciting times of their lives! Buying a brand new home! You will walk our home buyers through our beautiful display homes, and help them understand the floor plans, unique features, and help them on their journey to their first night in their brand new home! No one has the same story, you will meet a variety of interesting people, and no day is ever the same.

You will also help keep the sales momentum going by scheduling appointments, following up with prospects, administrative tasks, and keeping the sales office organized.

This position offers a professional opportunity to be a key contributor to our Sales Team, and have a behind the scenes view of the most successful home builder in the St. Louis region!
