Superintendent - New Home Construction

Working with a team of experienced professionals, our Construction Team members use McBride's proprietary, customized, ERP system, MiTek SAPPHIRE to manage the building process. This cutting edge technology is the gold standard for the home building industry.

Reporting to the Managing Superintendent and the Construction Manager, you will oversee homes being constructed by Union Trades from stake to close, inspecting work to ensure quality, scheduling inspections with local municipalities, maintaining good working relationships with subcontractors and vendors, and providing field customer service, including the warranty phase. For those aspiring to move into management, this could be the career path to a Managing Superintendent position.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more experience in construction
• Strong working knowledge of carpentry and general construction practices
• Current knowledge/understanding of building practices, codes, and requirements
• A history of always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a quality product with a high level of customer satisfaction

Compensation includes an auto allowance, a competitive base salary, and a performance bonus. McBride provides a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance.
